- After we get an order, we have an in-depth conversation with new clients to get a solid understanding of what they’re looking for, for direct hires, temporary, and temp-to-hire placements. This is 30 to 45 minutes.
- During this time, we offer suggestions on the qualities and skills to look for, sometimes thinking out of the recruiting box to make strong connections for them with interesting candidates.
- We recommend salary/compensation levels based on current market data and job expectations.
- We then outline next steps for the talent search.
